Abi Osho

Founder of Soul Melanin, BAFTA Award-Winning Retreat Facilitator, Visibility Coach, Author, Speaker, and an award-winning circle retreat facilitator - having led over 25 retreats across the UK, Europe and Africa. With the ability to weave groups of people together so that it feels like they have known each other for a lifetime, within minutes of meeting.

Abi was featured as the lead retreat facilitator in the award-winning "White Nanny Black Child” shown on Channel 5. This documentary won the prestigious Royal Television Society Award (RTS) and has recently won the 2024 BAFTA in the Special Factual cateory.

Sama Trinder

Director of Bingham Rivehouse Hotel, multi-disciplinary wellbeing practitioner, meditation teacher, yoga therapist and "Joyraiser". Blending life/work experience from entrepreneur to single mum with 20 years of studies in yoga and other modalities to help people from all walks of life release stress, and rediscover their joy.

With a somatic / holistic approach to healing, life mastery and manifestation - Sama's skill is to create a safe and inclusive space and take people on a journey of self discovery, healing and transformation. Enabling participants to go deep, feel held, practice safely and ultimately experience an energetic shift.

No, I actively encourage you not to bring a laptop!

Do I need travel insurance?

It is highly advisable to purchase travel insurance.

Do I need medical insurance?

Yes, it’s mandatory to have medical insurance on this trip.
